The latest technology always controlled by Italy people and they don't let this out due as commercial secret.

Reward Getting To The Top
by Sarah C.
There is getting to the top and then there is getting to the TOP…either way make sure great accomplishments are matched with great awards. Now not everyone is John Huston and Tyler Fish - the amazing duo that recently became the first Americans to reach the North Pole without any aid by dragging all their gear behind them, wearing cross-country skis (and sometimes snowshoes), in a 475 mile trek to the top of the world. But for your employees, associates, team leaders, family members and close friends who reach the top of their world, you can, and should, make sure they are duly rewarded. When your family and friends tackle mounting obstacles and come out on top, what do you do for them? These are the people you know about the most. What do they like? What have they accomplished? How can you incorporate the two? Has your child who previously battled failing grades in school recently flourished? No doubt there was hard work and dedication involved on everyone's part. But the tutor already got paid, and you now have more pride in your child than you know what to do with - so what about them? Keep their sense of learning brewing in them with a trip to the aquarium, space center, museum or hall of fame. For the bench warmer who finally earned a starting position or the coach who turned around the underdog team, get them tickets to their favorite sporting event, concert or Broadway show. Don't forget to keep your stubs and include them as part of scrap book or a customized keepsake Certain memories should last forever and with a little effort you can make sure that they do.What about the employee who figures out a way to cut your 2009 spending without eliminating jobs or outsourcing them? Or the employee who orchestrates the annual charity event pretty much single-handedly each and every time? Well, here's something to remember when thinking of how to reward them; employees like perks! It is a fact: we spend most of our time at work. What's more, we are currently in a situation where a large amount of the benefits and perks that once were commonplace in the work environment have fallen away. So give them that front row parking spot, or those wonderful Friday summer hours. Yes, giving a nice plaque that recognizes their achievements is definitely in order, but that will mean so much more when they look at it everyday knowing that on Friday their summer weekends start at 1 o'clock!Teammates, whether that means sports or other organizations, sometimes become a second family, and your team leader often becomes the patriarch or matriarch to the whole bunch. So when they take your team all the way, reward them with the things that they enjoy. At this time of year there are spring and summer festivals sprouting up everywhere. Pitch in and award your wine lover with a trip to a wine tasting event or a food festival for your foodie. Is there a charity that is close to their heart? If so, you can make their gift a donation to that cause.Remember that a 'thank you' or a 'great job' and a pat on the back can go a long way with the little daily feats of life, but for the big stuff, think just as big and make it personal. Those are the awards that last a lifetime.

Liquid Fence Takes Top Honors for User-Friendly Packaging
by Garden Media Group
Spraying is believing when it comes to Liquid Fence's award-winning containers. Top honors go to The Liquid Fence(r) Company and it's container distributor Zuckerman-Honickman, Inc. for their innovative and user-friendly spray bottles.
The National Association of Container Distributors awarded Liquid Fence's Liquid Net for Pets with a gold medal proclaiming the 360-degree sprayer gives Liquid Fence a marketing advantage over it's competition. This pioneering sprayer was developed to help pet owners protect even the toughest to reach places on the four-legged family member.
Liquid Fence's Yard Net(r) also received accolades for it's ingenious sprayer. This silver medal winner was praised for making it easier to use than trigger sprays. Judges found the hand-operated sprayer dispenses continuously without overkill. The container's clear area on its label to show maximum fill level was also praised. Yard Net is an all natural, outdoor insect repellent.
The National Association of Container Distributors (NACD) is a professional association of rigid packaging distributors who supply bottles, tubes, pumps, sprayers and other closure systems. Judging for the 46th Annual NACD Awards was based on packaging innovation, sustainability, graphics, decoration, shape, closure, texture, ease-of-use, consumer appeal, and technical merit.

Buying Foreclosed Properties Is the Deal Really Worthy
by RealEstate031
For home buyers looking for cheap homes, foreclosed properties have always been an attractive option. This is because foreclosure homes provide buyers a chance to purchase a home at the lowest possible value. Generally, foreclosures are sold at a price that is 20 - 50% lower than their true market price. Secondly, foreclosure properties are an excellent option for resale, equity-building, renting, and other investment purposes. Also, banks and mortgage firms even tend to reduce closing costs and are willing to provide flexible financing terms so as to quickly dispose off the property. Inspite of these advantages, many people often tend to be apprehensive about buying foreclosure properties. The reason is there are certain disadvantages of buying foreclosed properties that are often ignored or overlooked. Discussed in this article are some of those drawbacks or repercussions.
· First, one must recognize the fact that buying a foreclosed home is possible only through auction where the property is auctioned off only to the buyer who has placed the highest bid. However, the deal is said to have won only when the buyer can deposit at least 10% of the auctioned amount. Due to this reason, only buyers with considerable proof of financing are allowed to participate in the auction so as to avoid any discrepancies and other hassles.
· Second, foreclosure homes do have a harsh reality as these homes are purchased "as is" from the mortgage lender. In fact, in many States, it isn't even possible for buyers to gain access and inspect the homes until the auction gets completed. This means that whenever buying foreclosed properties, one must be prepared to make substantial investments towards repairs, clearing, utility bills or payment of property taxes. It is entirely the responsibility of the new homeowner to deal with issues related to basic property maintenance. Usually, once sellers realize that they will be losing their property through foreclosed, they no longer tend to care about the home. Any damages or malfunction will not be fixed. Some sellers even sell off whatever appliances or kitchen cabinets present inside. Some might even pull out copper wires from the walls and sell them as scrap metal. In worst-case scenario, sellers might even destroy the home before putting it up for auction.
· Evicting occupants who are already living in the house is again another major problem associated with foreclosed properties. Usually, mortgage lenders refrain from initiating eviction process as they need to spend extra amount of money. Once the house is sold, it becomes the responsibility of new home owner to remove previous occupants who might be either previous homeowners or tenants. Interestingly, process of eviction can lead to serious trouble if not handled properly. Best way to accomplish the task is to hire a lawyer experienced in handling eviction legally.
Buying foreclosed properties is a calculated gamble that might pay off for same and may not be profitable for others. In any case, it is important to do research and carefully evaluate all the existing pros and cons before even considering the option. Also, first-time home buyers should always refrain from buying any such properties.
